By accessing and using RozgarLocal ("Platform", "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

RozgarLocal is operated by TETHERHOST WEB LLP ("we", "us", or "our"). These terms govern your use of the Platform and any services offered through it.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.
• You must be a resident of India or an entity registered in India.
• By creating an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Platform Usage

RozgarLocal is a job marketplace connecting local job seekers with employers. Our services include:

• Job Seekers: Creating profiles, browsing job categories (after paying an unlock fee), and applying to jobs.
• Employers: Posting job listings, viewing applicants, and shortlisting candidates.
• Admin Services: Verifying listings, managing the platform, and moderating content.

4. Fees and Payments

The following fees apply on the Platform:

• Category Unlock Fee: A one-time fee to access all jobs in a particular category for 10 days.
• Application Fee: A fee paid per job application submitted.
• Job Posting Fee: A one-time fee for employers to post a job listing.
• Featured Boost: An optional fee to feature a job listing prominently.

All fees are collected through our payment partner Razorpay. Prices may be updated by the Platform administrator.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to access the Platform's systems without authorization.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce Platform content without permission.
• Post content that is obscene, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

6. Content and Listings

All job listings are subject to admin review and approval before going live. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies without notice or refund.

We do not guarantee employment outcomes and are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of any job listing or application.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RozgarLocal or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RozgarLocal and TETHERHOST WEB LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the Platform in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
